Yes! I come directly to your home, office, hotel etc This allows you to stay comfortable and relaxed without needing to travel - I cover Ashbourne / Derby up to South Manchester.

What do I need to prepare for an at-home treatment?

Just a warm and quiet space large enough for a massage table. I bring all equipment, including clean linens, towels, oils, and supplies. If you prefer to use your own linens & towels, just let me know!

what should I wear for a treatment?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. A bikini, bandeau top or similar. This allows me to easily access the main lymph nodes so we can get the most benefit from your treatment. You’ll always be draped with towels appropriately and kept comfortable throughout the session.

how long should I allow for a treatment?

Full Body Detox & Sculpt = 60 mins

Stomach Detox, Cleanse & Sculpt = 50 mins

Arms or Legs Detox & Sculpt = 45 mins

Please allow your treatment time plus 20/30 mins so that we can run through your consultation form, any questions you may have, set up and clean down of equipment.

I’m new to lymphatic drainage, what treatment should I get?

It all depends on your goals but as an initial treatment I would highly recommend the Full Body Detox & Sculpt or Stomach Detox, Cleanse and Sculpt. These are both amazing well rounded sessions and post treatment I can recommend a personalised plan.

Do you offer post-operative lymphatic drainage massage?
I do not offer immediate post-operative lymphatic drainage. For your safety, I recommend seeing a therapist who is specifically trained in post-surgical care.
If your recovery has been smooth and you are at least 6 months post-op, I may be able to provide treatment with written authorisation from your doctor (evidence required).

Are there any contraindications?

If you believe you may have a medical condition that could affect your treatment, please contact me on 07305080585 before booking. You will also be asked to complete a consultation form with a contraindication checklist to ensure your safety.
